In It Together is a one-of-a-kind family festival set in the picturesque countryside of Wales. This 3-day camping experience offers a remarkable combination of world-class superstars and talented local acts, bringing a vibrant mix of music and community spirit to festival-goers. As a celebration of music diversity and local culture, In It Together has become a beloved annual tradition for many families and music enthusiasts.

The Goal

The objective was clear yet ambitious: to transform In It Together from a startup festival into the largest music festival ever held in Wales. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to establish a robust brand identity, generate significant visibility, and create a unique festival experience that would attract a large, diverse audience and secure strong ticket sales year after year.

To turn this vision into reality, we laid out a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that included:

Understanding the Crowd: We started by conducting detailed market research and audience profiling in collaboration with the In It Together team. This helped us understand the main customer demographic and tailor our marketing efforts accordingly.

Amplifying the Brand: With a clear understanding of our target audience, we launched campaigns to generate brand awareness, reach, and visibility in our target locations.

Lead Generation: We executed a successful lead generation campaign, creating a large, relevant audience to re-market to.

Social Proofing: We built strong 'anchor' ads filled with social proof to convert our leads and attract more users to the top of our marketing funnel.

Re-engage, Inform and Convert: We set up re-engage campaigns to add touchpoints to the customer journey, giving users more information about the festival elements they were interested in (family/music genres, etc.). This was coupled with a dynamic retargeting campaign to drive consistent ticket sales.

Responsive Campaigns: Throughout the campaign, we ran intermittent signup campaigns to emphasise key dates (line-up launches, price increases, etc.), driving an influx of sales.Thanks to this carefully orchestrated strategy, In It Together became Wales' biggest ever music festival in just two years, with high anticipation for next year's festival already driving record ticket sales. It is also officially the UK’s fastest growing festival!
